Car update

Well....... We just found out that our car is being totaled. Yep, that's right, she is going to that big car heaven in the sky! She was dieing anyway so it was so big surprise. We were hoping to run her around a little longer though so we could save our money!

Our insurance company is giving us a check tomorrow afternoon but we aren't sure how much yet. They said we can keep the rental car for a few more days or so......basically long enough to find a new vehicle quickly. We have been talking about getting a van in the near future because our little family of 5 is growing out of that little Mazda 626. It's just happening a lot sooner than we planned. This seems to happen to us a lot. Planning something out that is, and it goes a different direction.

We did our taxes a couple weeks ago, but we haven't gotten it yet!
So..........OH DEAR!

We are looking into these better rated Van's on the market. Honda, Kia, Toyota, and Hyundai.

Here goes the adventure! I don't like car shopping.

I'm so sorry to hear about your car! I will be praying for your new one! I'm glad Jason is O.K. Richard and Justus were in a wreck when I was 8 months pregnant with Graham and it totaled our car (my favorite car we ever had - an Alero) If I had been with them and Justus would have been in the back seat, he could have been hurt really bad! Isn't God good how He protects our loved ones!
Let me know if we can do anything else to help! I love and miss ya!

I miss you so much too!
Oh man! I remember that story!
I praise God Jason was safe and he was especially happy that we were not in the car! That same night of his car accident he was patrolling in security and a Korean lady in the seminary almost hit him straight on!

Jason beeped, flashed his lights, swerved etc. after getting her attention she said she was so sorry but was thinking of something else besides driving.....

well, he gave her a very stern talking to about it and at the end stated he didn't want to be in a second accident of the day and would like to make it home to his family alive.

I'm so sorry to hear you haven't been well... and this accident too boot! I haven't felt ignored; I've been busy too. We can catch up the bloggy love once everything staightens out for you. I do hope you will post a picture once you get our new vehicle though.
