   Oh Cameron, I don't even know where to begin and it's too much to type here and you won't be surprised when I tell you I had another melt down yesterday. I couldn't even hold back the tears in the doctor's office.
   
   I am not going to be on the computer much this week. I have too much to do. I don't know how you do everything and get everything done.
