We are becoming friends, something I really want and need!

You have been through a lot girl!

Exercise is so much easier when you have an accountability partner.

As far as eating out. We rarely do, but, if we do I always check the calories now.....it's amazing how how fast you can get to 1200-1500 calories and go over! Especially when I am not paying attention.

I MISS YOU!Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03975420312035663705noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5617652212655124140.post-91815112644012184972008-02-13T13:52:00.000-05:002008-02-13T13:52:00.000-05:00Hello My Friend! Was ya wonderin if I had fallen ...Hello My Friend! Was ya wonderin if I had fallen off the face of the planet? I haven't, but just crazy busy - in a good way! I liked your question. To be honest, I've never been on a diet where I counted calories. I have either been on low-fat or no sugar/low carb. In both of those situations I always ordered salad and diet coke or water. As much as I should be dieting/changing my eating lifestyle right now, I am not and honestly the convenience of eating out or the "hankering for something specific" usually rules my decision making, not the calorie count. To give you hope, I am planning to go back to my Sugar-Busters really soon. My meds for all my issues have finally seemed to kick-in and I am doing really good physically, except for the sinus infection I just came out of (took 2 shots)! Other-wise I think that I am ready physically, mentally and spiritually to get back to creating a healthy eating lifestyle! You are such an inspiration to me in your commitment to exercise! I wish I were there to do so with you! Graham did get wagon for Christmas and now that the weather is warming up I am planning to walk the boys everyday in our neighborhood. I have already done so a couple of times and because one there is a slight incline to our streets, when I pull them up-hill it really works my legs and arms. I felt it the following days both times I did it. Anyway, stay the course, keep pressing on and know you and your precious family are in my thoughts and prayers!
Love,
ShannonJGWmomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14918431004492403869noreply@blogger.com
